SleepOps is the patient portal for your sleep care team. Here is how your information is protected:

• 🧑‍⚕️ Role-based access: only the staff involved in your care — your sleep doctor, dentist, and practice admin — can see your records, and only what their role requires.
• 📝 Access logging: access to your files and changes to your record are logged for accountability.
• 🔑 Account security: your portal account is protected by a password only you know; visibility into your documents is controlled by your care team until they choose to share it with you.
• 💊 Sensitive documents: certain records (like prescriptions) are only shared with you once your care team makes them available.
